Before you buy Relay
A Framer website for workflow automation SaaS, with four CMS collections, interactive scenes and a companion kit of guides and original images.

EUR 49 for the first month, then EUR 89
The purchase is one time, including VAT where applicable. The offer will run for one calendar month from actual sales availability, in Europe/Rome. Exact dates and times will be stated before activation. This is not a subscription; EUR 89 is the intended future price, not a claimed previous selling price.
A checkout started during the offer will retain its price for one hour. After expiry, a new checkout is needed at the then-applicable price. The end of the promotion will not remove valid purchased access. SaaS subscription plans shown inside the demo are examples unrelated to the template price.
The native website and companion kit
The English Framer project includes Home, Product, Workflows, Integrations, Pricing, Guides, Changelog, Contact and 404, four CMS detail templates and a private editor guide. Workflows, Integrations, Guides and Updates manage published website content.
The separate kit contains seven guides, an offline HTML version, an original illustrative photograph, covers and brand assets. Online guides are in English and Italian. Interactive scenes explain processes in the browser; they do not execute automations, connect accounts or create an inquiry dashboard.
One purchase, one project
The license allows customization of the template and included materials for one project. Another website or client needs another license. For a client-owned website, arrange purchase in the client's name. This is not a transferable agency license.
Private backup and staging copies for the same project are permitted. Redistribution of the editable template or kit as assets, or resale as competing templates, is prohibited. A demo, verification copy or test order does not grant commercial-use rights.
Accounts and services you configure
Your account, Framer plan, hosting and domain are separate. Choose a plan suitable for your site's content and CMS limits. A backend, private database, user accounts and email services are not included.
The Contact demonstration sends no inquiries. In your own copy, configure and test a destination, update privacy information and enable the form. ErinTech Connect is separate and optional: Relay works without it, and it does not automatically synchronize Relay's collections.
Support and delivery recovery
For setup, missing files and reproducible defects: info@erintechlabs.com, in English or Italian. Include the order reference, version and steps to reproduce. Do not send credentials, customer data or private delivery links.
Keep your delivery email and a private copy of the project and kit. If a download expires, reopen the email link to request a fresh one. If the email is missing, contact support for order verification; do not purchase again. Automatic recovery using only an email address is not provided.
Customization, content entry and operation of external services are separate work. Guaranteed response times and all future major versions are not promised. The complete document explains support limits without excluding statutory remedies.
Payment and buyer rights
Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. The provider and transaction terms displayed in the actual checkout govern payment assistance. Payment receipts and product-delivery emails are separate. This page does not establish a transaction or active checkout.
There is no blanket no-refunds rule or promise of automatic refunds. Transaction terms and mandatory rights apply. Accepting product terms does not constitute marketing consent or a standalone waiver of withdrawal rights.
Refunds and disputes can prevent new downloads while an order is checked. That technical restriction does not itself determine use rights for a partial refund or dispute. Previously downloaded copies are not remotely deleted.
The complete English documents below define the terms 1.1 release. An order identifies the applicable terms and immutable companion version. Earlier documents remain available for earlier orders. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Licensor: ErinTech Labs srls. Product: Relay by ErinTech, comprising the native Framer template and companion kit. This license applies only to a valid paid order identifying terms 1.1. A demo, verification copy, sandbox order or possession of an archive does not establish a commercial license.
Native Framer template
The native-template license is the Single-Use Commercial License for Paid Content, section 7.3.2 of the Framer Community Terms, also applied to authorized purchases through the ErinTech store. The full linked section governs native-template use.
One valid paid purchase covers one project. You may modify the template for that project. Another website or client project needs a separate license. Do not redistribute the editable template as an asset, offer competing templates or remove proprietary notices. For client-owned work, arrange purchase in the client's name and use access they authorize; this is not a transferable agency license.
Companion materials
For the same project covered by a valid order, the companion license permits use and modification of the included documentation, original illustrations and editorial image. Private backup and staging copies are permitted. Publishing the resulting website does not require publishing the companion files or source artwork.
Do not resell the companion, distribute it as a stock library, place it in a public source repository or reuse it as a kit for other projects. Keep copyright and license notices in source copies. This is a product-use license, not an open-source grant or transfer of copyright. Your own original content remains yours.
There is no scheduled expiry for a compliant purchased project. The grant depends on a valid purchase. A full refund cancelling that purchase ends the grant unless mandatory law or the written refund resolution provides otherwise. A partial refund or payment dispute must be resolved on its facts; a technical restriction on new downloads does not itself determine legal rights.
Separate services and rights
Framer hosting, domains, fonts, plugins, external APIs and submission providers retain their own terms. No hosted automation engine, database, account system or subscription to those services is included. The supplied content describes a fictional product; replace it with content and claims you are entitled to publish.

Product assistance
The support contact is info@erintechlabs.com, in English or Italian. Support covers documented setup, missing delivery items and reproducible defects in the supplied native template or companion files. We respond to product-support inquiries and address reproducible defects within a reasonable timeframe; no fixed response-time service level is included.
Include your order reference, the version and commit in package-manifest.json, the affected page or component, browser and short reproduction steps. Use sanitized screenshots. Never send payment details, API keys, customer submissions or private project-copy/download links. Purchase verification may be required before protected files or order-specific help can be provided.
Custom design, content entry, production automation development, private API integration, deployment and infrastructure operation are separate services. No guaranteed response time, continuous monitoring, hosted backend or entitlement to every future major version is included. This does not limit mandatory remedies for a defective purchased product.
Delivery and transaction help
A valid purchase includes an authorized native Framer project-copy link and the companion archive identified in the order. Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments; the provider and transaction terms displayed at the actual checkout govern payment assistance. Publishing these documents does not enable checkout or establish a purchase. Sandbox payments and verification copies do not grant commercial-use rights.
After an authorized purchase, retain the delivery email and a private backup of the native project and ZIP. The payment receipt and product-delivery email are separate. Open the private delivery link to create your Framer copy and download the kit. Download links expire after five minutes; reopening the email link requests a fresh download for a valid order. Refreshing the delivery page after its private token has been removed from the address bar requires reopening the email link.
If an item or email is missing, contact support with the order reference rather than placing another order. Recovery is support-assisted after ownership verification; there is no automatic lookup using only an email address. Do not share protected delivery links. Refunds or disputes can prevent new downloads while the order is checked; existing downloaded copies are not remotely deleted.
The final checkout's applicable transaction terms and mandatory law govern receipts, refunds, withdrawal and disputes. This document imposes no blanket no-refunds rule and waives no statutory remedy. Product-use conditions are described in LICENSE.md.
What the template includes
Relay supplies a public marketing website, editorial CMS and illustrative browser interactions. CMS collections do not create an inquiry inbox. The Contact demonstration cannot send inquiries until you configure and enable your own native form. Framer plans, domains and any external service charges are separate.
ErinTech Connect is an optional, separately distributed plugin. The native template works without it. This purchase does not promise plugin installation, automatic collection synchronization or a private database connection.
Launch offer
The commercial offer is EUR 49 for the first calendar month from actual sales availability, then EUR 89, one time and including VAT where applicable. The period uses Europe/Rome. The product page and checkout identify the applicable amount; exact start and end times are published before sales open. No commercial start date is established by this document. A checkout started within the introductory period keeps its price for one hour. A new checkout after expiry uses the then-applicable price. The end of the offer does not remove valid purchased access. The fictional SaaS subscriptions shown inside the template are unrelated to that purchase price.
