Controller and scope
ErinTech Labs s.r.l.s., VAT no. 17914721000, Via Appia Vecchia, 7 — 00049 Velletri (RM), Italy, controls the processing described here for templates.erintechlabs.com, product delivery and support. Contact: info@erintechlabs.com; certified email: erintechlabs@legalmail.it.
This notice supplements our company website notice, which continues to cover its contact form and quotation requests. It applies to the services you actually use: viewing a free page does not create an order or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Data and its sources
Infrastructure providers process technical browsing information such as IP address, browser, request time and requested resource. Our store adds no advertising tools, profiling or email-open tracking.
For a purchase we use order and payment references, language, product and accepted-terms versions, payment status, refunds or disputes, delivery email address and sending status. These come from Stripe/Link checkout and our delivery services. Card details are entered on the provider’s checkout; our delivery service does not receive your full card number or CVC.
The access ledger stores order references, versions and delivery status; the email address is retrieved from the payment provider when sending your product. Support messages may contain information you voluntarily provide. Do not send credentials, third-party personal data or private access links.
Purposes, legal bases and required data
We deliver products, verify purchases, provide file access and answer support requests to perform our contractual relationship or respond to requested pre-contractual steps. Purchase references and a working email address are necessary for automatic delivery; without them we cannot complete it.
We protect the service and prevent unauthorized access based on our legitimate interest in security. We retain information needed for administrative, tax and legal duties and to establish or defend rights. A purchase is not marketing consent. The service checks payment status automatically to grant access; contact support for human review if that check fails.
Recipients and external services
Stripe Managed Payments/Link handles checkout, the sale as merchant of record, payments and related tax, fraud and transaction-support activities under its own terms and privacy notices. ErinTech receives the information needed to deliver the product and manage the relationship. The provider’s roles and purposes are explained in the Stripe/Link notice linked below.
Amazon Web Services provides hosting, storage, security and transactional email through Amazon SES. Authorized personnel and appointed advisers may access information needed for support and administrative duties. ErinTech does not sell personal data.
When you open a demo or duplicate the template, Framer handles your account, copy and hosting under its own privacy notice. Services you configure in your own website, including public feeds or email, have their own terms and remain under your management.
Retention and international transfers
We retain minimum order references while needed to provide purchased access, handle support, meet legal duties or establish and defend rights. Commercial communications follow the criteria in our company notice; administrative records follow applicable retention requirements.
Delivery-service logs are retained for 30 days. Email delivery metadata expires after 90 days and is deleted asynchronously. Pending technical notifications can include recipient and header information: they normally expire after one day, or seven days if processing fails. Email services may separately retain information needed to suppress addresses with bounces or complaints. Payment providers and email inboxes apply their own retention policies.
The delivery service is hosted in the AWS Milan region. Some providers and subprocessors may handle data outside the European Economic Area; GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply under the relevant agreements. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your processing.
Rights and contact
Where the GDPR provides these rights, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Contact info@erintechlabs.com or erintechlabs@legalmail.it. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity, without asking for passwords or full card details.
Deleting information necessary for access may prevent further downloads, but does not automatically remove legally required retention. For Stripe/Link’s or Framer’s independent processing, also consult their privacy contacts. Keep your delivery link private: anyone holding it can use it to access your order.
